You do not have to manage totally on you own. Ask for help during your pregnancy and after the birth.

 

Approach your network such as family, friends, neighbours and fellow church members etc. for any assistance you need.

 

Most people enjoy helping a new parent and having a cuddle of the little bundle.

 

Remember, other people are not mind readers.

 

They don’t necessarily realise that you may need, or want help and they may not wish to intrude.

I can assist you to develop the self-confidence so you feel at ease asking those you trust for help.
